He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Miller and Nora Miller (Brubaker); his wife Arlene Wellman; and his siblings, Harold, Robert, Ronald, Fredrick, Helen Fuller, Melba Young and Alma Westhoven.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Miller-Avon (Melanie) and Patricia Rasey (Mark); his grandchildren, Nicholas Rasey (Kore), Tory Rasey (Katelyn), Robert Miller (Leah) and Andrew Miller; his great grandchildren, Quinn, Nora, Finn, Theo and Tessa Rasey; and his brother-in-law Gerald Westhoven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
