He is survived by: his child Little League Baseball; his spouse Kelsey Herman (Zumfelde); his children, Levi, Lucas and Paige; his parents, Thomas Herman and Kathleen Herman of Defiance; his sister Alicia Herman of Defiance; his mother-in-law Karen Zumfelde of Napoleon; and his grandparents, Louis and Reba Herman of Defiance.
