He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Weaks and Ortha Weaks (Brohm). He is survived by: his wife Christine Butler; and his siblings, Darrel Weaks (Carolyn), Ortha Goudy (Bob), Julia Weaks, Cheryl Chupa, Frank Weaks, II and Leon Weaks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and treasured pets.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society.
