He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Bell and Anna Bell; his uncles, George and Pete Krisan; and his son Andrew Scott Bell.
He is survived by: his son Steven Bell; his grandchildren, Jose Wright, Lydia and Rosalie Bell; and his wife Elena.
