She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Cook; her parents, Lawrence Kalgreen and Mary Kalgreen; her sister Susan Kalgreen; and her nephew David Kalgreen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Carter (David) and Jessica Cook; her grandchildren, Becca and Josh Carter; and her brothers, Andrew Kalgreen (Pelagia), Peter Kalgreen (Diane) and Matthew Kalgreen (Judy). She is also survived by her family and friends.
