He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his son Douglas Hawkins; and his brother Barry Hawkins. He is survived by: his son Kyle Hawkins (Linda); his daughter-in-law Sue Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Alycia, Tyler Hawkins, Cyla Geopfert, Carly Cullumber and Hailey Lara. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
