He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bellinger and Mary Bellinger; and his brother Jim Bellinger. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Scott Bellinger (Dawn), Vicki Ferrell (Bob) and Wendy Bellinger (Bill); his sister Marjorie Biro; his grandchildren, Amanda Cargioli, Lindsey Shank, Jacob Bellinger and Craig Stratton; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Nathan, Griffin and Harper.
