She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester J Perry and Dorothy L Jacobs; and her husband Paul Jack Seibert. She is survived by: her children, Paul Seibert (Heidi), Pamela Mullett (Rob) and Jill Gingo (Jim); and her sister Mary Louise Kerr. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
