He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer Lewison and Helen Lewison; and his sister Linda Irene Lewison. He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline; his siblings, Gary Lewison (Barbara) of Yorkville, Illinois, Regina Lee Lewison of Aurora, Illinois and Rebecca S. Lewison (Douglas R. Palmer) of Barneveld; his children, Kristopher M. "Mac" Lewison (Kendra) of Manhattan, Kansas, Tyler Lewison (Katrina), Ana Lewison Baranyk (Matt) of Akron, Ohio, Kimberly Barta (Brett) of Hudson, Ohio, Joseph Kovak (Paula) of Tiffin, Ohio and Kristin Lorson (John) of Orville; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jack, Jason, Joseph, Charlotte, Ben, Sylvia, Lane, Owen, Marlena, Elsa and Ida; and his great grandchildren, Addilyn and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Dale's honor be made to Redeemer Presbyterian Church.
