He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Flinn and Clara Flinn. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Dale Jr. (Diana), Susan Watson (Mike), Scott (Tina), Kenneth (Amy) and Stacie Snowberger; and his sister Mildred Ludawa. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 greatgrandchildren.
