He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathie; his daughters, Jennifer Carter (David) of Hudson and Jessica Cook of Akron; his grandchildren, Becca and Josh Carter; his brothers, Frank Cook (Marilyn), Albert Cook (Laura) and John Cook (Martina); his sister-in-law Sue Kalgreen; and his parents, Frank Cook and Irene Cook (Kippes). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
