She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Beltz and Lucille Beltz (Thompson); and her brothers, Robert Beltz and Jack Beltz. She is survived by: her husband James J. Ashburn of Montgomery, OH; her nieces and nephews, Vicky Beltz of Hillsboro, OH, Anne Beltz of Boulder, CO, Charles G. Beltz (Holly) of Middletown, OH, Thomas Ashburn of Odessa, FL and Scott Ashburn of Cincinnati, OH.; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Beltz of Galloway, OH and Beverly Beltz of Hillsboro, OH..
