He was predeceased by: his father Carl A. Crone; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Jean Owens. He is survived by: his mother Doris Jean Crone (Parks) of Lynchburg; his wife Mona Crone; his daughters, Ashley Crone of Mowrystown and Jodelle Dean (Hank) of Fayettville; his grandchildren, Austin Mintz and Larkin Dean; and his siblings, Arthur Crone (Amy), Clayton Crone and Melissa Martin (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
