He was predeceased by: his siblings, John-Mark Ivan Myers and Esperancia Myers. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Ivan Myers and Robin Michele Myers (Randall); his wife Mary Houk Myers; his stepchildren, Audrey, Harrison, Olivia, Carlee and Lynny; his grandfather Pete Cochran; his nieces, Kendra Mullins and Zoey Myers; and his cousin Morgan. He is also survived by sister; and numerous cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
