He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond Hughes and Hannah Mae Hughes (Roberts). He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Greene and Chuck R. Hughes; his siblings, Karen Johnson (Jerry), Kathy Gray and Jim Hughes (Cindy); his niece Becky Higginbotham (Floyd); his nephew Greg Canter; and his close friends, Greg Burgel, Wayne Stroup, Carl, Mabel Bushman, Glenn and Susan Jones.
