She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Combs and Ethel Combs (Watts); her son-in-law Lonnie Shreckengost; her siblings, Edwin Combs, Walter Combs, Carlos Combs and Judy Hensley; and her grandson Dale Baxley.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Baxley (Steve Benson) of Kenton, Donald "Duck" Combs (Karen) of Wiley Fork, KY, Pamela Allen (Douglas) of Gloucester, VA, Jessica Burns (Marty) of Nashville, TN and Barbara Schreckengost of Kenton; and her siblings, Edith Schick (Don), Orville "Ray" Combs, French Combs and Robert Combs (Paula). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Shirley's honor may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
