Ruthanna Tobey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthanna Tobey (Mount Victory, Ohio), who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruthanna Tobey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Tobey (Shuster) and Charles Tobey; and her siblings, Mary I. Tobey, Maxine Steinman, Betty C. Tobey, Charles H. Tobey and Lowell Shuster.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Charles Steinman (Marna), John Steinman (Laurie) of Kenton, Charles Tobey (Cheryl), Jane Steinman Kaufman (Russell) and Kathy Shuster Pipkin (Jim). She is also survived by 12 great nephews and nieces and 18 great grand nephews and nieces.
