He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Legge and Dorothy Legge (Sipple); his son Robert Eugene Legge II; his siblings, Mike Legge, Donnie Legge, Ronnie Legge and Pamela Manns; his daughter-in-law Libby Gossard; and his brother-in-law Louie Harbor.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Lynn Legge (Treen); his children, Florence Legge and Charles Legge (Martina Legge); his grandchildren, Amara Elizabeth Legge, Alyssa Marie Legge, Audrey Kerrigan Legge, Mia Weaver, Kathleen Gossard and Alexander James Charles Legge; his sisters, Barb Ritzler (Marty Ritzler), Kay McMillon (Gary McMillon) and Judy Harbor; his sister-in-law Betty Jo Hollard; and his brothers, Lynn Dickerson (Linda Dickerson) and Jimmy Legge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
