He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin McCullough and Irene McCullough (Endsley); his son Kevin McCullough; and his stepdaughter Sherri West. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Wells; his sons, Randy McCullough, Mark McCullough, Steve McCullough and Tom McCullough; his stepdaughter Teri Gornflow (Jack); and his sister Joanne Friermood.
