She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Douglas and Pauline Fields (McClain); and her siblings, Raymond Fields and Rosemary Romine. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Kemp of Largo, Michael Kemp (Marijke) of Soest, Netherlands and Steven Beaty of Seffner; and her siblings, Marie Wright (Jim) of Canal Winchester, Peggy Creamer of Mt. Victory and Floyd Fields (Peg) of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
