He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Evans and Margaret Evans (Kavanagh); and his sisters, Eileen Anderson and Shirley Magann. He is survived by: his close friend Dixie Lane of Bellefontaine; his brothers, Ivan Evans (Kay Baughman) of Ada and Dennis Evans (Jackie) of Ridgeway; and his pet Frasier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
