He was predeceased by: his parents, Maywood Fossen and Mabel Van Fossen (Kirk); his siblings, Lloyd Van Fossen, Joseph Van Fossen and Violet Van Fossen; his sons, Max Van Fossen and Greg Wiley; and his great grandchild Myah Knecht.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wiley (McIntosh); his sister Effie DeVolld of Old Washington; and his children, Sue Van Fossen of Columbus, Jan Van Fossen of Columbus, Tammy Fout (Russel) of Mt. Victory, Roxanne Friermood (Dwight) of Mt. Victory, Cindy Brown Mt (Jeff) and Randy Wiley (Kari) of Richwood. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In honor of his great-granddaughter Myah, memorial donations for Harold may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
