Dale Plummer wrote a sympathy message

“To those who knew my Uncle Curby, today we grieve together. He truly was a gia of a man (in my eyes) with a kind and gentle heart. You could not help being drawn to his at some times suttle and at other times hearty laugh. As a boy going to their house on 31 was some of my greatest memories, a field to mow, a motorcycle to ride, and a dog to play with. A shop full of Harleys and trophies that we're taller than me. My greatest fear of Uncle Curby was displeasing him. Forever will be missed. Dale”
