She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Marie Black (Ridenour) and Lewis Black of Perrysville, OH.; her husband Ron; and her sister Janice Smith (Floyd). She is survived by: her sisters, Marlene Sprang (LeRoy) and Bonnie Sprang (Bernard); her daughter Rhonda Etzwiler (Greg Houck); her grandchildren, Ron and Leigh Houck of Cardiff; and her brothers, Rex Black and Lanny Black. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nephews and nieces.
Donations may be sent to St. John's Lutheran Church in Perrysville, OH and to the Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing scholarship fund administered by the Ashland County Community Foundation.
