He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fowler and Lucy Fowler (Dickenson); his siblings, Janet Heaton (Roger) and Bill Fowler (Sharyn); his niece Tammy Carpenter; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Golden and Roberta Day.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Jan (Sweet); his children, Carrie Green (Paul), Eric Fowler (Cassandra) and Misty Langfitt; his grandchildren, K'cee, Kevin Queen, Thomas, Joshua and Wyatt Fowler; his mother-in-law Evelyn Boubary; his siblings-in-law, Kandy Golden, Tyranna Fergerson, Jeff Sweet (Sandy) and Russell Day; and his pet Jesse Sly Fox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
