She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tier and Marge Tier (Phillips); her husband Jerry Lee Short; her brother Mike Tier; and her sister-in-law Cathy Tier.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Young (Jenifer) and RoseMary Young (Curt Price); her grandchildren, Jerry Young, Samantha Young and Misty Roskowski; her great grandchild Silas; her brother Dave Tier (Dee Washburn); her nieces, Julie Long (Trent) and Angie Kunz (Eric Lehman); and her close friend Doloris Ward.
