He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Skinner and Ora Skinner (Archer); and his siblings, Roland "Preach" Miller, Grover Lockhart and Betty Lou Yancy.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Skinner (McKee); his sons, Doug Skinner (Theresa) of Mount Vernon and Brian Skinner (Carrie) of Pickerington; and his grandchildren, Holly Skinner, Lauren Skinner and Carley Skinner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
