She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chadwick and Ellen Chadwick (Hookway); and her brothers, Harry Chadwick, Dwight Chadwick and Gordon Chadwick.
She is survived by: her parents-in-law, John and Geneieve McNeil (Burgess); her son Michael McNeil; her son-in-law Steve Kidd; her husband Charles McNeil Sr. of Mt. Vernon; her children, Charles McNeil Jr. (Pam) of Mt. Vernon, John McNeil (Anita) of Mt. Vernon, Jennifer Kidwell (Kevin) of Bladensburg and Don McNeil (Jennifer) of Fredericktown; her brother John Chadwick of Martinsburg; and her sister-in-law Claudia Berger of Lewis Center.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions in Robertas name may be made to Gentiva Hospice and, Shriners Hospital for Children.
