With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rex W. Talbott of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Talbott and Sharma Talbott (Smith); and his brother Mike Talbott. He is survived by: his wife Tereasa Talbott (Seavolt); his son Dana Phillips (Dayna); his stepchildren, Jason Davis (Marty) and Tammy Penley (Shannon); his grandchildren, Shyanna Melrose (Andrew), Tyler Davis (Kali) and Abigail Davis; and his siblings, Doug Talbott (Cindy), Bob Talbott (Shelly) and JoEllen Annett.
