It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Horlacher of Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Starmer and Fannie Starmer (Johnson); her husband Gail Horlacher; her son Jay Horlacher; and her brothers, Dick, Davis and Junior.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Horlacher (Sheila), Michael Horlacher (Carol) and Elaine Horlacher; her sister Sondra Barton; and her daughter-in-law Pam Horlacher. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
