He was predeceased by: his father John Vickers Spahr Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Spahr Sr. (Guenther) of Mount Vernon, OH; his siblings, John Spahr Jr. (Kelly) of Tiffin, OH and Margaret Jeanne Spahr (Michael Kilhoffer) of Coudersport, PA; his aunts, Judith Bungo (Charles) of Clearfield, PA, Melinda Scheid (Dennis) of Ft. Meyers, FL, Jane Adams Spahr of San Francisco, CA and Delores Spahr of Pittsburgh, PA; and his uncle Jim Spahr (Jackie) of Lakeport, CA.
