She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Thomas and Irene Thomas (Cooper); and her husband Perry "Bud" Trinkner. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Thomas Trinkner (Jennifer) of Lexington, Anne Howes (James) of Mount Vernon and Rob Trinkner (Stacie) of Powell; her grandchildren, Ryan Howes, Mandi Blubaugh, Zan Trinkner, Zoe Trinkner and Will Trinkner; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Tyler, Lukas Blubaugh and Bella Howes.

Memorial contributions in Louise's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
