He is survived by: his parents, Brad Cunningham (Delaine Haywood) of Howard, OH and Jennifer Fox (Wyant) of Fredericktown, OH; his wife Jessica Cunningham (Green) of Mount Vernon, OH; his children, Haylee Cunningham of Fredericktown and Wyatt Cunningham of Fredericktown; his siblings, Courtney Sloan (John) of Gambier, OH, Kaelyn Fox of Fredericktown, OH and Colton Cunningham of Albany, GA; and his grandparents, David, Patricia Wyant of Mount Vernon, OH, Jack Cunningham (Angela) of Clarksville, AR and Susan Cunningham of Fredericktown, OH. He is also survived by step-children, aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
