He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ullman and Blanche Ullman (Morton); his brothers, Donald and Frank Ullman; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Ullman, Carl Morris and Tom Park; his niece Dawn Morris Malburg; his nephew Todd Park; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Vivian Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Matthew (Lisa) of Mesa and Buffy Lee Ann Barclay (Brian) of Roswell; his granddaughters, Mesa Ullman of Apache Junction and Hanna Elizabeth Barclay of Roswell, Georgia.; and his sisters-in-law, Leota Park and Linda Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
