He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Jurkowitz and Mary Bartolic Jurkowitz; his wife Ann Jurkowitz (Ware); his daughter Julie Ramsay (Brian) of Fort Myers; his grandson Jackson Rine; and his siblings, Daniel Jurkowitz (Ronnie) of Cincinnati, Mary Jo Smutny of Chicago and Paul Jurkowitz.
