He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Justice and Zebbie Taylor Justice; his wife Betty Lou Mink Justice; his children, Johnny Justice and Debbie Justice; and his siblings, Butler Justice, Clelene Ratliff, Linda Allers, Ruth Buck and Rose Justice.
He is survived by: his sons, James Justice (Claudia) of Mt. Vernon, OH and Adam Justice (Michelle) of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ian, James C., Mary, Shanna and Jessica; and his sister Mary Guitner. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
