We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 85, James Ross Deboard of Mount Vernon, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Marvin and Mary Deboard (Calvert); his wife Jennifer "Jenny" Deboard; and his siblings, Janice Moreland and Jack Deboard.
He is survived by: his sons, James Deboard of Mount Vernon and John Deboard (Eddie) of Columbus; and his siblings, Jerry Deboard of Mount Vernon and Joanne Deboard of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in James's name may be made to Hospice of Knox County.
