She is survived by: her husband Chris Burk; her daughter Jenna Boyd (James); her siblings, David Shimer (Sonja), Sissy Lafferty (Dave Marshall), Denise Webster (Keith), Denise Shimer, Melanie Martin (Brian), Dave Kozenko, Andrea Karls (Dave), Walter Kumpf (Cami) and Jason Kumpf; her stepfather George Sims; and her mother-in-law Jan Burk. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephew.
