He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lawson (Smith); his son John Lawson (Brenda Ginsler); his granddaughters, Megan and Christine Lawson; his great grandchildren, Layla Lawson, Scarlett DeMerr and Lance Lawson; and his siblings, Curtis Lawson (Mavis), Roger Lawson (Laura) and Shirley Kelly (Dan).
