It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Kenneth Bay (Mount Vernon, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Bay and Leona Bay (Lowther); and also Dwight Bay, Jr. (Bud). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Barry Bay (Diana) of Powell, Bryant Bay (Margaret) of Middleburg Heights, Beverly Russell of Delaware, Bradley Bay of Upper Arlington and Brenna Morse (Brent) of Delaware; his sister Dr. Janet Bay of Powell; his grandchildren, Steven, Taylor (Justin), Jackson, Mackenna, Patrick, Payton, Zoey and Keaton; and his great grandchild Calissa.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
