She was predeceased by: her sons, Arland Davis, Rev. Roy Davis and Cecil C. Davis; her parents, Everett Stiltner and Lou Vicie Stiltner; her siblings, Oliver Stilner, Frank Stiltner, Irene Adkins and Martha McCoy; her son-in-law Mack Street; her granddaughter Irene Street Morgan; and the father of her children Cecil M. Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Neil Davis (Alice) of Danville, Dorse Davis (Darlene) of Marengo, Zella Toney of Mount Vernon and E. Louise Carroll (Keith) of Tennessee; her siblings, Caroline Sturgeon of Virginia and George Stiltner of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Jeff Davis of Danville, Jeanell Branstool (Tom) of Danville, Mary Altepeter (Pete) of Dayton, Tracie Alberts of Mount Vernon, Randall Street (Patty) of Georgia, Rex Davis (Lena) of Mount Gilead, Melody Pangborn (Dean) of Mount Gilead, William Buxton (Teresa) of Newark, Angela Davidson (Greg) of Mount Vernon, Bryan Carroll (Michelle) of Tennessee and Craig Davis (Jennifer) of Illinois. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, and 29 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
