He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Peterson and Violetta Peterson (Spencer); and his brother Edmund Peterson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Diana L. Peterson (Hines); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Hines (Carla), Todd Hines (Julie), Julie Shoemaker (Scott), Becky Robertson (Don), Travis Ronk (Lauren), Tara Davis (Chad), Lindsay Collier (John), John McAllister (Cynthia), Carolyn Culp (Mark) and Erin Faber (Kris); his sister Cynthia McAllister (John); and his sister-in-law Jeannette Peterson.
