Hause (Lane); his daughters, Alison Patton (Chip) of Colorado Springs, CO and Kristen Thain of Buchanan, MI; his grandchildren, Kristopher, Jacob (Emi), Brett, Zachary, Olivia and Grace; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Hazel Jo; his brother Lee Hause of Ravenna, NE; his brother-in-law Rocky Lane (Ginny) of Fredericktown, OH; his niece Mandy Beheler of Fredericktown, OH; and his cousin Darlene Johnson of Plainfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
