He was predeceased by: his nephew John Shivers. He is survived by: his parents, Peter Burns and Jane Burns (Brunett) of Alliance; and his siblings, Peter Burns (Charlotte) of Tampa, FL, Christine Robenstine (Rick) of Alliance, Kate Billet (Tom) of Alliance, Jim Burns (Rosanne) of Akron and Janey Roach (Tim) of Wexford, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
