She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Whirl and Marion Whirl (Westler); her grandchildren, Jason Taylor and Addison Craft; and her siblings, Bob, John Whirl, Marjorie Robbins, Marilyn Hess, Rheva Ridenbaugh, Madeline Meade and Doris Stiltner.
She is survived by: her husband Reno Barber; her children, Gilbert Carver, John Reffitt (Kendra), Debra Ellison (John), Tammy Parker (Jeff), Lisa Carver (Tom Umphryes) and Theresa Petryka (David); and her siblings, David Whirl (Karen), Brenda Sears, Janet Whirl and Linda Carter. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family and left at the funeral home.
