He was predeceased by: his sister Cindy Louise Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Joann Kaufman (Hickman); his children, Anastasia Smailes (Judd), Danielle West (Daniel), Morgan Kaufman, Jarod Kaufman (Kayla) and Mason Clark (Tomara); his stepchildren, Brock Hazen (Natalie) and Adrienne Hardman (Ryan); his siblings, Alice Dunfee and Ron Kaufman (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jaxson, Joella West, Kay-Lee Smailes, Logan, Aubrey, Brooke West, Kegen, Kaiden, Luna Ross, Lewis, Eleanor Kaufman, Katelynn, Andrew, Selden, Lydia Hazen, Lilly and Leo Hardman; and his great grandchild Scarlett Hazen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the River View Local School District Library Fund.
