She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grennell and Odessa Grennell (Cagnon); her husband Michael Thompson; and her sisters, Natalie Miller, Sissy Weir and Donna McClain.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Thompson of Mount Vernon, OH, Courtley Johnson (Derek) of Howard, OH and Nicole Thompson (Jarrod Phillips) of Mount Vernon, OH; her grandchildren, Brennan Varnes, Ethan Johnson, Addison Johnson and Braylon Phillips; her stepmother Gerri Irving; her siblings, Kim Leonard, Butch Grennell, Joseph Grennell, Jody Grennell, Marcy Grennell, Mary O'Rourke and Millie Grennell; her nieces, Catrina Knight and Rebecca Knight; and her nephew Brian Knight.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home (201 Newark Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
