With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles R Cook of Mount Vernon, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl and Cecil Cook; his grandson Nate Smith; and his son-in-law Jon Smith. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (Bruce) and Terry Smith (Jon). He is also survived by three granddaughters and ten great-grandchildren.
