She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Litzenberg and Clara Litzenberg (Hughes); her son Walter "Buck" Rine; and her brothers, Robert Litzenberg and James Litzenberg.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Sapp; her children, Vicki McFadden (Arnold) of Howard, Robert "Bob" Rine of Mount Vernon and Marty Sapp (Julie) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Michael Sapp (Zoe), Arnold McFadden III (Sayza), Jessica Deitz (Jave) and Jeannette Lang; and her great grandchildren, Leila McFadden and Mala Lang.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Home, Lasater Chapel (113307 Upper Gilchrist Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050).
