He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Justice and Nettie Justice (Roberts); and his siblings, Hershel, Mack, Millard, Jerry, Robert, Earl and Anna Mae Hips.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Justice (Miller); and his children, David Lively (Vicki), Robert Lively, Todd Justice (Katie), Charlene Ciolino (Vincent) and Carlena Pinson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Lasater Chapel (11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
